Aaron and Luxe did an amazing job installing a new metal roof on our home. Had various unique issues before they began work, and got quotes from 3 other companies. Luxe helped coordinate solar panel removal and install with a third party, provided the best price, and throughout provided great customer service. He also was kind enough to install permanent lights on the eaves after completion at no extra cost! Overall, great experience. Highly recommend.

Aaron with Lux was super fantastic to work with! He was very responsive, fair priced, and our roof came out amazing. We are very happy with the color and quality. Aaron got our permit in asap, and his team completed the entire job in 2 days. I was super impressed. He was recommended by everyone in our neighborhood and by some good friends, and rightfully so. We are very happy with this and cannot thank Aaron and his team enough

Frequently Asked Questions
How does Luxe Builder Group decide whether a roof needs repair or replacement?
It starts with a roof inspection, then prices repair against replacement and tells the customer which option it recommends.
How long do Luxe Builder Group roof replacements usually take?
Most house replacements take two to four days on site, weather permitting.
What warranty does Luxe Builder Group offer for shingle roofs?
Luxe says its Master Elite standing lets it register GAF's Golden Pledge warranty for single-family detached homes.
Can Luxe Builder Group restore a commercial roof instead of replacing it?
It can coat an aging commercial roof if it is structurally sound. Coating is not suitable when the deck or underlying insulation is wet.
Does Luxe Builder Group handle permits for skylight work?
A building permit is required for any cut into the roof deck, including a new unit in the same opening. Luxe files the permit and carries it through final inspection.
