Perkins was not the cheapest bid, but the quality of Tim's presentation of his company and their workmanship was outstanding. He included drone videos, photos, texts, instant responses 7 days a week, his project managers' cell #'s, email links to videos of ALL the work as it progressed and coordinated the arrangement of all the subcontractors/permits involved. Perkins' employees were pleasant, courteous and extremely neat. My job was completed 2 weeks earlier than predicted.A 6000 sq ft roof is a BIG investment.
