Michael was honest, careful and precise in his estimates and hands-on overseeing the work, including sharing details of the repair so I could see exactly what was done and why it was done the way it was. His team, led by Juan, was highly competent, worked fast, and restored the roof including re-sealing, the drip edge, and soffits. He also advised on and fixed cracked tiles on our main roof at a very reasonable price.
