I was encouraged by a local contractor to hire Heritage Roofing & Exteriors for roofing and shingles. The arrival time was approx 6:50 a.m. for the trailor per Chad, his crew was here close to 7:30 a.m. and work began at 8. The job was completed shortly after 2: p.m. I was impressed by the coordination and steady work practice of the crew and Chad, (the on-site manager) to oversee and answer a variety of questions. The preparation (placing poles and a type of netting around the entire structure to catch nails, roof debre and such.) The cleanup which included 2 workers using magnetic rollers to catch any nails or screws that may have fallen. The entire property cleanup was beyond excellent. Courtesy, politeness and attitude was great. All 6 crew workers were respectful of my presence. Chad was willing and patient to repeat questions I didn't quite understand. He answered a call from me shortly after he left. All in All I would recommend Heritage Roofing & Exteriors to those who would ask me, or notice the new appearance of my roof. Thank you again to Chad and all 6 men. Richard from Allegan.

Heritage Roofing was very professional and ensured our property was taken care of during and after the project was completed. When they're quote was first requested Dan came to the home did the dimensions but more or less let me know that he was going to be the go-to guy throughout the project. He has kept an honest and open communication line with me. I felt comfortable calling him. If he didn't know the answer he would find it out then call me and let me know. It took the crew 3 days to complete roof, soffit, and fascia. The crew was respectful and when they left it was clean just as they had found it. I am currently waiting on the Gutter Guy and I will complete my review then. For now, I am grateful there is a company with integrity and honesty in their pricing.
Follow up on September 5th I just wanted to include photos of the completed front/side/back of gutters. 2 hours for y'all!! That's it.

We hired heritage to do a very unusual job, replace very old, warped or broken cedar shake siding on an 1890s house. It took a while to even find new shakes in such an unusually large size, but they were able to.
The crew had a great work ethic, hard workers, and really knew what they were doing, which we had some anxiety about since the job was so unusual. A large crew was able to finish the job in one long day, much to our grateful surprise. We heartily recommend them!
Oh, Andrew was also very good at keeping us in informed every step of the way, always answered honestly, whether in person or text.
Wonderful company.
