From start to finish United Roofing with Jake Elyea delivered timely quality work. Jake worked excellent with my insurance adjuster to fulfill a claim from storm damage, managed dealing with a fussy city building official/zoning director to get the permit to do work, managed/planned all of the materials to do the job in advance and delivery of, and the next day bring a well experienced team to do the roof removal, underlayment repairs, and new installation on the same day. The team was relentless until they left, and left zero trash laying around! They were professional in conduct, and worked fantastic as a team! Communication between him, and the insurance company, insurance adjuster , and me were top notch! I never had any doubts about getting a top notch job from this crew, and United Roofing. If you are in need of a roof repair estimate, and a new roof I would highly recommend Jake Elyea from United Roofing. They did our siding starting mid November. Still having issues with buckling. They said they fixed those spots. When the sun shines those spots show even more buckling than before. In addition they fixed our roof from a tree falling on it. Had we not gone in our attic we wouldn't have known that they just shingled and maybe tarped over the holes. We had to notice and call them back so that the holes would get fixed properly. Makes me afraid who's roof has been repaired and they cant go look. This has been going on since July. Still noticed the siding and I've given them plenty of time to fix this. They are saying defective siding. However its the same spots in the siding. Between siding and roof this has been an awful experience. Wether its the people who've I stalled or the project manager not properly inspecting and overseeing the job its been a mess. Oh and still waiting on a chimney to be fixed also. They knew about that back in July. Still not done. Horrible experience and it's still not over! They should be embarrassed!
