Five stars is not enough to express my gratitude to John, the manager, and his team at Apex Roofing. After a week-long headache dealing with an unprofessional contractor, I read reviews and reached out to Apex. John, who had been watching a bad storm roll in, returned my call, arranged a time for an inspection that fit my work hours, and came out the same day to assess and photograph my roof leak. Even though it was later in the day, John arranged for the installer to come out an hour later to replace my vent, cover, and surrounding tiles for a reasonable price, which can be applied to my deductible should my roof suffer greater damage in the future for the next five years.Late that night, as the storm blew in and the rains poured down, I was grateful for John's expertise, timeliness, superb communication, and concern that the approaching storm wouldn't create a bigger, more expensive problem. A huge "Thank you!" to John and Apex Roofing.
I reached out to Apex Roofing in late 2024 after a series of weather events, including hail, derecho, Beryl, etc. in the Cypress area.Chris was very responsive, did a thorough inspection of our roof, showed me proof of the damage, explained how it occurred, and then worked with our insurance company to get this all sorted out.He was extremely professional, responded to all my queries in a timely manner, presented me with various options including pricing and quality of shingles.After I made the decision, the work was done swiftly. There were a couple of minor issues during the new roof installation, but Chris sorted it all out very quickly and make sure I’m fully satisfied.I have recommended Apex to many of my friends and they all have good things to say about Chris and the company.
