We expect a professional and timely job to be done when we spend a substantial amount of money on a home construction project ( Re-siding for me) . We don’t always get it, but we expect it.What I didn’t expect was the level of effort Onit put into customer care.Most mornings just before the crew arrived Josh would text me with the day’s objectives. Most evenings around workday’s end I got a text from Josh stating what was accomplished, and generally how the work went. Problems and solutions were discussed as they arose.I didn’t expect the crew to be as personable as they were. They were respectful of my property and cleaned up every day before leaving- not leaving things dirty or laying around haphazardly.And, I did get the professional and timely job I expected. The products used were high quality. The install looks fantastic. In terms of price, it was mid range estimate.I would recommend them highly!
