We had an excellent experience with R&S Roofing, especially working with Remington.He came quickly when we had a leak, inspected the roof, and even did an immediate temporary fix on the spot. He clearly explained the issues (loose shingles, rusted nails, etc.) and walked us through replacement options without any pressure. Since we were replacing the roof outside of insurance, it was important to find the right balance of quality and price, and he worked with us to make that happen.The crew did a fantastic job; very professional and clearly experienced. They replaced the roof, repaired damaged wood panels from water infiltration, and completed everything in one day. The site was left perfectly clean, and the new roof looks great.Remington even helped me fix a vent high on the side of the house that had been damaged.Overall, we’re extremely pleased with the work and professionalism. R & S Roofing did an exellent job from the estimate state to finish line. Remington isnot only a big boss but he also treats his customers like his family. The inital estimate was afforfable, come up with good price and high quality. His estimate was $5K lower than the other one, same roofing lifetime. He proactively suggested what would be best for customers. He doesn’t mind to observe the intalllation and inspected after the completion to make sure everything is under control. He is the only one who you can count on for roof service.
They were referred to me by My Neighbor after I had my second roof damaged from what was seemingly minor hail. Two roofs in two years was a little bit more than I could deal with. The contractor grade shingles that were on my house were garbage. The project manager And the sales manager put together an upgrade for me that was able to be affordable and yet about five times more robust than The paper thin shingles that were on my house. Now I have soffit vents, I have gable vents and I have class three shingles. This winter was relatively mild coming on, but we are just coming into the worst part so we will see how the roof performs this year. I did have to hire a company to come and remove my solar panels and reinstall them to preserve my solar warranty and that cost an extra $6000, but I couldn’t put that monkey on this company’s back. They did a phenomenal job, and they did it in 1-1/2 days from start to finish.
