Y'all need to be careful! BEWARE! WE HAD A CLAIM FILED ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO WITH STATE FARM. We had about three contractors who tried to get State Farm to pay for our roof because it had obvious wind damage and could not be repaired. Talon Brown with Bartlett roofing came in and fought like a lion for us with our insurance company. Honestly, we didn't know if we were going to get covered by Snake Farm, and truly felt like giving up before we met Talon. He went back and forth, and stayed in great communication with us for about 8 months, until State Farm could not deny all of the facts and evidences Talon was presenting to them. No joke, he got on our roof and documented so many times that he started to become a regular in our neighborhood. I remember he made an adjuster sound like a complete idiot on the phone when they were trying to give us some BS why they wouldn't pay. He did get us fully covered which was truly a godsend. While he was battling our insurance company he made sure our leaks went away and did not charge us for any of it. We refer Talon to anybody we know that has an insurance claim where they got denied. I know there's a bunch of people out there that are going through it, and all I can tell you is you should give Talon and Bartlett a shot. We did, and they gave us outstanding results when so many other contractors couldn't. We are living proof that these guys know what they're doing. They also upgraded our roof to a 50-year architectural at no extra charge, and all we can say is this is one of the best roofing companies ever! Fully covered. 50 year roof. State Farm paid for it. Talon and company were outstanding. Talon was very thorough for the inspection and follow up with the insurance company. The workmanship his company did on the replacement roof was second to none as we had a new roof in our past by another roofing company. His crew completed the job in one day and we have a large house. I feel comfortable in recommending Bartlett roofing to all.
Talon from Bartlett Roofing in Atlanta stopped by my house to ask about our roof following a storm last Sept which went over our house with strong winds and hail. He then showed me photos of weather radar confirming the storm had passed over my house along with photos of damage that had occurred to other houses in the area. Talon was very easy going, but also gave me confidence in his ability to inspect our roof. As it turned out, there was significant damage all over my roof which had been replaced 10 years previously. Talon joined me in calling State Farm Insurance Company and we filed a claim together with Claims Representative. Most importantly, following that initial call, Talon told me when I hear from State Farm again about scheduling their inspection to insist with State Farm that they only send a State Farm Licensed Adjuster to complete my inspection. They tried to send a 3rd party inspector and because of Talon, I said no. Then they tried sending a State Farm employee who wasn’t licensed, and I said no. Finally, they sent a State Farm Licensed Adjuster. When that guy came to our house, Talon & I met him, and Talon showed him the same photos of the radar and other damaged homes nearby. Talon established immediate credibility with the State Farm Licensed Adjuster, and he also showed the Adjuster all of his chalked up hail marks. The Adjuster was very appreciative and agreed to replace our entire roof and gutters, and wrote me a check on the spot. It was pretty incredible. Then Talon’s Bartlett Roofing crew came out and did a phenomenal job replacing our roof with the perfect Owen’s Corning Duration Designer color matching our brick - Black Sable. His crew was quick and very professional, and they completely cleaned up my yard and left it better than they found it. Thank you Talon and Bartlett Roofing!
