He went above and beyond.The crew came out and replaced my roof. It looks great! They cleaned up after themselves, respecting me and my property. Their work is fantastic, it's been three months since the install and we've had some rough winter storms with absolutelu ZERO issues.The solar company I hired and paid to reinstall my solar panels scheduled my reinstall for 01/02/26. Their government subsidies ended on 12/31/25 and they ceased all operations, essentially taking my money and disappearing with it. It messaged Jordan if he could help me find someone to complete the reinstall. He went out of his way to find me a crew at a good price. He didn't have to, our business was complete and he had no obligation to help me. R&R is fantastic!! They came out when our house had a water leak from roof. Covered it to prevent more interior damage and while insurance had to figure stuff out.They advocated for us with our insurance and we got a beautiful new roof. Jordan Rowe was fantastic during the whole process, explained everything. He also answered any and all questions. 10 out of 10!!
Our Roof was in great need of replacement. Safety was a top priority so we could reamin open for business with staff and clients coming and going from the buidling during business hours. They kept the site clean and organized during the process, which was much appreciated given the scale of the project. The project involved complex logistics, including navigating around equipment, structural features, and tight timelines. Despite these challenges, the crew worked efficiently and maintained excellent communication throughout the process. The quality of workmanship is outstanding—the new roof not only meets all specifications but also looks fantastic.
