They did my roof in fall 2022. Since then there have been many serious defects. The yankee gutters they “restored” are non-functional. A part of the roof was not nailed down properly and lifted up in the dead of winter. The flat roofing they installed has low points below grade that collect water, and has gaps at the roof edges that i suspect are leaking. They were responsive for a time immediately after the job, but have failed to respond to my latest complaints. They did not warranty their work, but were supposed to. I assume they are now out of business.
Recently we had a terrible experience with Colonial Roofing Co. I got a quote to repair a leak in our roof in October and signed a contract they told me they were very busy and would not be able to do the work until Spring. The issue progressed and more immediate attention was needed so I began to look elsewhere. In December, I received a call from Colonial asking to be paid for services rendered. Apparently they visited our house without notice of arrival or completion. The job that they performed was completely ineffective; the roof leaked just as much if not more in light of their repair. When we challenged them and asked for evidence of them even having had performed the work in question, their associate became very defensive and accused my husband and me of being dishonest. Colonial Roofing Company does not warranty their work because it is shoddy and will leave you unsatisfied. Homeowner beware! Do Not use this company!
They have repaired our roof from Storm damage. They have sided our home. They have roofed our whole home this year. They have replaced our gutters and Eve's. They replaced sheathing as needed. The quotes have always been spot on. The workers are clean and courteous. They leave at night cleaning up everything! Couldn't ask for more reliable and honest company. Thank you.

When considering a new roof which was desperately needed for a house I bought in Roxbury, NY - Colonial was one of the names at the top of recommendation lists. So we met with Colonial and a couple of their competitors. Colonial was not only the company that presented a thorough proposal that explained in detail WHAT was being put on top of my house (a layer of this, rubber that, etc) but they were also the best price. Hiring them was a no-brainer. And, they did not disappoint! They arrived when they said they would, they got the work done when they said they would. My roof was in such bad shape, additional damage was not surprisingly found. Colonial took care of said damage, and the additional cost for that work was very reasonable. Colonial then followed up once the job was done to be sure all is well, no leaks or any problems. And all IS well. And to top it all off, they guarantee their work with a 12 year warranty. Hire them!
