Reviews
What customers say
Customers praise clear explanations and updates during the work, along with the quality of the finished product. One customer noted that the original quote was honoured even though considerable time had passed. One reviewer reported a serious safety concern with the vent-patch work after her husband found a problem when he put his foot on it; she also said the crew returned twice for repairs in the first week and disputed a charge for eavestrough cleaning she said she had done herself.
