Edward was easy to talk with, never pushy, and explained the full roofing process in plain language. The proposal was sent the same day and clearly listed the scope of work, materials, pricing, and terms exactly as discussed. The roof project started shortly after, and communication stayed strong from beginning to end. When a few unexpected but needed repairs were found during the tear-off, permission was requested before any extra work was done, and the added cost was fair and reasonable. That helped make sure the roof installation was done the right way and built to handle Florida heat, heavy rain, and storms. The crew worked efficiently, showed real professionalism, and paid close attention to detail throughout the roofing and gutter work. My first experience with this roofing company was after strong hurricane winds hit Kissimmee. They were the only roofers who returned my calls and came out late the very next day to inspect the storm damage, explain what was needed, and give me a clear price range. After I paid the deposit, my roof was one of the first in the neighborhood to be tarped, which helped protect the house before the next round of rain. They later installed the right shingles and made sure the roofing work was done at the proper time for good results in Florida weather. Later on, another windstorm blew off a few shingles, so I called them again. They came out quickly, checked the roof, found that the missing shingles were not from their previous roofing work, and still repaired the damage right away. Their service was professional, honest, and fast, and the craftsmanship on the roof has been excellent. I also know several other homes nearby that have used them for roofing repairs or roof replacement. I would gladly hire them again.

We also had gutters repaired and a few other home improvements done, and we were very happy with the workmanship and overall quality. He explained the process clearly, helped us find as many discounts as possible, and was always fair with pricing. We never felt pressured, and the crew was professional, efficient, and careful with the property. I will definitely use them again for any big roof repair or exterior home project I cannot handle on my own.
