My review has two parts. First, the roofing crew did excellent work. A team of six roofers tore off the old composite shingle roof and installed the new composite shingle system in about a day and a half. This is a two-story, 2400 square foot home, so it was a big job, and they handled it with skill and efficiency. They worked hard in the Florida heat, kept the project moving, and the finished roof looks great. The workmanship was solid from start to finish, and the quality really shows. I would give the roofing work 5 stars without hesitation. Second, there was some scheduling confusion at first between the homeowner and the office, including an early material delivery and shorter notice than expected for the install date. However, everything was worked out, the roofing project stayed on track, and the final result made it worth it. I understand roof scheduling can be busy, especially during storm season, so a little flexibility helps. In the end, I am very happy with the new roof, had no real problems, and would definitely recommend this roofing company for quality shingle roof replacement.

He paid close attention to flashing, underlayment, shingles, and all the small roofing details that matter. The team was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to, and they showed strong work ethic from start to finish. What stood out most was how carefully everything was done. Tucker made sure the roof work was completed properly the first time, even if it meant taking extra time to get the details right. The materials used were solid quality, and the workmanship was clean and dependable. It was clear the crew cared about doing a lasting job, not just finishing fast. I also had questions about a leak on my own roof, and he gladly took time to inspect it, explain what was going on, and help fix the issue. That extra effort meant a lot. During rainy weather, he even brought out a full roll of roofing paper to create a safe walkway for both the crew and the homeowners, which showed real care and planning. In Florida weather, that kind of protection and attention is especially important. Overall, the service was excellent, detailed, and reliable. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roof repair, leak work, or a full roofing project, and I would hire them again for any future roofing needs.

We are very happy with how the roofing and exterior work turned out. Our home looks excellent. The new roof color, the clean metal trim around the windows, doors, and porch area, and the updated stone details on the front of the porch, garage, and house all look great together. Caden and his crew, including Tucker and Jeffrey, were excellent to work with. They stayed professional, worked hard through rain, wind, and hot Florida weather, and were very willing to handle small changes we asked for, including adding wider flashing along a roof line that had been prone to leaks. There had been water damage in one problem corner, and the team gave us a fair estimate to repair it. The work was completed properly and solved the issue. Near the end of the project, the finishing details were also handled carefully, and everything was cleaned up and completed with attention to detail. Everyone we spoke with, from the office staff to the sales team, project support, roofing crew, exterior crew, and management, was respectful, responsive, and thorough throughout the process. There was a short delay when the crew needed additional material for the front of the house, but they reordered it quickly and finished the job well. Based on our experience, we highly recommend this roofing company.

If you need any roof repairs, I highly recommend Robert & Sons Kissimmee Roofing. I have a flat roof balcony that has been a huge headache ever since I bought my home. I had three different roofing companies try to fix it, but every time it rained, water would still leak inside. The first roofer charged a lot and ended up causing more damage, then disappeared. Another company couldn't solve the problem and kept trying to charge extra, but the leaks just moved to new spots. After meeting with a few more companies, I finally called in Caden from this team. Right away, he understood exactly what the issue was. Since my flat roof doubles as a balcony, it needed a special kind of waterproofing that you can walk on. Caden suggested using a particular product that would seal the roof and make it durable enough for foot traffic. At first, I wasn't sure about having a white roof because of the bright glare in the Florida sun, but I decided to try it anyway. The best part is, it hasn’t leaked at all since the repair. They even came back a couple of weeks later just to double-check for any issues. When I mentioned the glare was a bit much for me, Caden offered to switch it to a more muted color, which was a great solution. Now my balcony is leak-free and comfortable to use. I would definitely recommend them for any roofing needs. It’s clear they care about quality work and customer satisfaction. Plus, it’s nice knowing they’re a locally owned business with years of experience, not just another big chain.

I can’t say enough good things about the service I received from this roofing team. After a big storm damaged my roof and left me missing shingles, Ralph and his crew showed up quickly and put a tarp over the exposed areas to protect my home right away. Ralph was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, especially when it came to dealing with my insurance company. He always looked out for what was best for me and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. If you need roof repairs after storm damage, I highly recommend working with them—they really care about their customers and do quality work.
