A team of six roofers tore off the old composite shingle roof and installed the new composite shingle system in about a day and a half. This is a two-story, 2400 square foot home, so it was a big job, and they handled it with skill and efficiency. They worked hard in the Florida heat, kept the project moving, and the finished roof looks great. The workmanship was solid from start to finish, and the quality really shows. I would give the roofing work 5 stars without hesitation. Second, there was some scheduling confusion at first between the homeowner and the office, including an early material delivery and shorter notice than expected for the install date. However, everything was worked out, the roofing project stayed on track, and the final result made it worth it. I understand roof scheduling can be busy, especially during storm season, so a little flexibility helps. In the end, I am very happy with the new roof, had no real problems, and would definitely recommend this roofing company for quality shingle roof replacement.

We are very happy with how the roofing and exterior work turned out. Our home looks excellent. The new roof color, the clean metal trim around the windows, doors, and porch area, and the updated stone details on the front of the porch, garage, and house all look great together. They stayed professional, worked hard through rain, wind, and hot Florida weather, and were very willing to handle small changes we asked for, including adding wider flashing along a roof line that had been prone to leaks. There had been water damage in one problem corner, and the team gave us a fair estimate to repair it. The work was completed properly and solved the issue. Near the end of the project, the finishing details were also handled carefully, and everything was cleaned up and completed with attention to detail. Everyone we spoke with, from the office staff to the sales team, project support, roofing crew, exterior crew, and management, was respectful, responsive, and thorough throughout the process. There was a short delay when the crew needed additional material for the front of the house, but they reordered it quickly and finished the job well.
