Brother's Roofing sent someone out in the bitter cold on a weekend at short notice to remove a huge ice build up on my roof that had caused a leak on an interior wall. They were prompt and professional, and explained what the roof problem was. I was very happy with their service and their ability to communicate with me around this issue.

Called for an estimate for a repair job to our roof. Brandon came and repaired our roof issue within a few hours of our call. Reasonable price, fast and efficient service, professional job - well done! We won't hesitate to call them again for another project needing to be done. Highly recommended. 5 stars!

Professional, exceptional customer service, hands on leadership, best price for service in the Kitchener Waterloo region. Senior Citizens / elderly, look no further. This is a company that you can trust. The team came out to my 82 yr old father's house and gently walked him through the process. Explained every step in detail and made sure that he was comfortable with everything. These tradesmen were EXCEPTIONAL and absolutely blew all expectations away. Their customer service with my elderly father was OFF THE CHARTS. This is the MOST professional roofing company that I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. I have attached a series of photos so you can see their work... The finished product was IMMACULATE. No Hassles. No Issues. Roof completely installed in less than a day. Clean up was PERFECT. I would recommend these gentlemen to my friends and relatives in a HEARTBEAT. Their pricing is unbeatable... but I can not stress the high degree of friendly customer service that they provided. This has got to be the BEST roofing company in the area. Forget the rest, stick with Brothers Roofing. You will be happy that you did!

Tony and his team were very informative and offered us a great and competitively priced solution! They came with their crew a few minutes before 8 AM and worked in an incredibly coordinated fashion throughout the day with a large crew to complete our roof within the day. It was amazing to see how well organized they were in each focussing on getting their tasks done in the best way possible! The roof looks wonderful and we are very pleased with the service that we received from the Brother's team. Highly recommended!!
