This company was a delight to work with. Hard workers, efficient and highly recommended. It ended up being a bigger job, as wood was poor shape beneath shingles! A+++ Wes and Matt are fine gentleman!

With a large tear off like we had, Wes and Matt need to also run a magnet roller. Please look what a 10 minute run with a magnet already picked up. We have just begun this after Paul went to town and bought one!. I stepped on a nail on the porch this morning. Also, Paul had to secure the woodburner chimney
It's the little things that make a perfect job. The roof does look beautiful but I am dropping the rating down to 4 stars guys!

I just had Barnett Roofing replace our entire roof in Sevierville (near Seymour), and I have to say—this crew knocked it out of the park in every single way. From the very first estimate call to handing over the final bill, the whole process was smooth, transparent, and honestly refreshing in an industry that can sometimes feel overwhelming.
The sales/estimate team was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, walking us through options without any high-pressure tactics. Pricing was fair and straightforward—no surprise fees, no hidden nonsense. Once we signed on, the front office staff was always friendly and quick to answer questions.
But the real MVP? Matt, our on-site project manager. This guy was phenomenal. He kept me updated literally all day long with over 30 pictures of progress—before, during, and after each stage. I felt completely in the loop the whole day. The crew on the ground was just as impressive: polite, hardworking, super knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on doing things right and cleaning up perfectly afterward.
No mess left behind, no damage to our yard or gutters, and the new roof looks incredible. Everyone we interacted with—from office to installers—treated us like family, not just another job.

Gary and his crew could not have been nicer and very professional. They did a great job and communicated with me before they arrived which was very much appreciated.
When I found the damage , they came out and asset the damage and gave me a quote. I never had to wait for a call. They were prompt in getting right bk to me.they are very easy to work with. . They Removed and replaced ridge vent main house and garage. Replaced installed some shingles did a roof tune up . Cleaned everything up and took it away. Thank you Gary and his crew for a job well done. I would highly recommend. .

Barnett Roofing --- an impressive roofing company! After our due diligence and selecting GAF shingles, the wife and I called three local, GAF-certified companies. (Having a certified company matched to the product has warranty benefits). Barnett, a "GAF Master Elite" company, provides those extra warranty benefits. We started with Tim in sales. He addressed our questions (in detail I should say!) and followed up with a call and a written quote. We were impressed by Tim and his pitch, but would the company follow through? After receiving a few quotes, we found prices comparable. We did a web search to check on post-installation care (yes, roofs sometimes leak), and Barnett company had some shining reviews. We selected Barnett. They provided us several possible install dates and after selecting the right days we received a few confirming e-mails (nice). The evening before install we received a confirming call from Matthew to confirm the start time (also nice). Matthew is a foreman and stayed with the project the whole time (with a 2-hour exception when Barnett sent a replacement foreman...another nice touch). Wow - under Matthew's direction the 8-man install crew were very diligent in protecting the pool and landscape. During the install Matthew and I discussed a few install agreement interpretations, and these were immediately addressed by him and the home office to our satisfaction. After the 3-day install period Matthew followed up and personally took care of a few minor debris items after the install crew left. Tim followed up regarding a possible homeowners insurance reduction that we are exploring. All in all, this is one of the best contracting experiences for our home that we have had, and I am impressed with the Barnett company culture and their follow through.

Barnett Roofing and Mark Angelini’s crew did an amazing job. They showed up earlier than I expected. We had to be gone all day. Mark sent photos every couple of hours to show us the progress and let us know when any issues popped up. They fixed water damage that turned out to be a quick fix. We had a final phone all to walk through any questions and what to expect. All this done in a day. I’m very pleased with the results and would recommend them. Included in the cost is an annual inspection and a great warranty.
