Our home was severely damaged by the joint hurricanes of 2025. In particular our ceramic tile roof was practically destroyed. We began interviewing roofers for a total replacement. By far AWR, under the leadership of Bryan Stephens, was the standout firm. Bryan was fair, honest and transparent with regard to the scope of the project, specifically in what choices we had, what costs would be incurred and the timing of the replacement. The result was a far better roof than the original with no quality or cost surprises at the completion of the work.Bryan brought a knowledge and expertise to the project which was invaluable to its success. Jay did an incredible job on our roof and went above and beyond in numerous instances without changing the quote. Two examples out of many: While replacing the roof, we learned that the water heater vent was the wrong kind, which he replaced at no charge. When the paint was off a shade he took initiative to have his guys redo it and in fact paint the whole house rather than just the fascia. He’s an honest guy that truly just cares about doing a good job. Would 1000% recommend AWR for anyone who wants a great roof replacement experience at a fair price.
