Our roof and gutters were damaged in a bad hail storm last year and we had to have it all replaced. I had seen BOG roofing from La verge Tennessee in my neighborhood and they had great reviews so I gave them a call and from the first call I knew they were who I wanted to do my repairs. They answered the phone right away and was extremely nice and polite and you can not beat the customer service they provide!! I talked to Edgar Rodriguez from the start to finish and he treated us like family. They went above and beyond our expectations in customer service, and the work they provided. Our house looks absolutely amazing!! We couldn’t be happier. And Edgar Rodriguez handled everything from start to finish. He communicated with the insurance company and everything. I’m so happy I gave them a call. If you need work done on your home call Edgar Rodriguez and you will be happy you did!
Excellent and Quality Construction. Jorge Campos was able to work with my Insurance Adjuster in order to Upgrade the roof to include a layer of Plywood for reinforcement. Now my Roof is extra sturdy, blocks out noise, and will be better insulated to save on Energy Bills.
We were so pleased with our new roof, screens and other repairs. David was so good working with us through all the preparation, and staying in contact with us through the entire process. The company worked really well with our insurance folks. All the men working on our roof and screens and repairs were so good - and I'd like to give a shout-out to Jorge for all his work. They did really good work and we were so glad we decided to work with them for this job.
