Our roof and gutters were damaged in a bad hail storm last year and we had to have it all replaced. I had seen BOG roofing from La verge Tennessee in my neighborhood and they had great reviews so I gave them a call and from the first call I knew they were who I wanted to do my repairs. They answered the phone right away and was extremely nice and polite and you can not beat the customer service they provide!! I talked to Edgar Rodriguez from the start to finish and he treated us like family. They went above and beyond our expectations in customer service, and the work they provided. Our house looks absolutely amazing!! We couldn’t be happier. And Edgar Rodriguez handled everything from start to finish. He communicated with the insurance company and everything. I’m so happy I gave them a call. If you need work done on your home call Edgar Rodriguez and you will be happy you did!

Our rep was kind, courteous, and genuinely helpful—he took the time to work directly with our insurance, which took a huge burden off of us.

The crew did excellent work, and after completion, our rep personally inspected the roof to ensure everything met his professional standards. That level of care and follow-up stood out.
