Last week I was in a real pickle the gutter and soffit fell off the back corner of my house, leaving a gaping hole that said squirrel Hotel.
I went to one company in Chapel Hill and arranged for a visit visit the next week and that was accomplished, but I never heard back with an estimate or anything I was getting a little desperate because we had extremely cold weather last weekend My realtor gave me another company to contact same story waited two days. No one called back.
Call Strong Quality Roofing and Jonart (sp) was so professional and understanding and arranged to meet me that afternoon, he showed up on time and didn’t speak to me as if I were a woman and could not understand construction issues (i can).
Many women are treated that way.
He had me an estimate that evening and even let me negotiate the price somewhat. They showed up on time Saturday. I was so thankful because as we know Sunday, the winds and temperature were both horrible.
Honest, that’s the way they operate and I would use them again over and over and over
