We recently had our roof replaced by a local roofing company in La Vergne, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. After getting estimates from several roofing contractors, we decided to go with this company because their proposal was the most thorough and realistic, especially since their inspector, Leonard, paid close attention to the unique challenges of replacing the flat part of our roof. He offered us a great solution that improved our roof beyond our expectations. The roofing crew, Bruce and Patrick, worked extremely hard and paid close attention to every detail as they removed our old roof. They installed beautiful shingles on our upper story and put down a durable PVC membrane on the flat section of our lower roof. Part of the job involved removing and reinstalling metal flashing, and they did this with great care and skill, showing true craftsmanship. We were away from home for a portion of the installation, but the owner kept us updated with texts and photos every day, and even visited the site personally to make sure everything was running smoothly. When a few unexpected situations came up, the team let us know right away and handled everything professionally. Bruce and Patrick also did a fantastic job with the clean up once the work was done. During the process, a paver on our front terrace was accidentally broken, but the company replaced it right away without any hassle. After everything was finished, the owner did a final walkthrough with us to inspect the work and answer our questions. Throughout the project, the team showed excellent workmanship, clear communication, and honesty. Several of our neighbors have complimented us on how great the new roof looks!
