I cannot say enough good things about Quincy Leblanc and the team at Hargrove Roofing. Quincy led me through the entire process of roof replacement via insurance claim and handled all communication with my insurance company and adjusters. The initial job was to repair a poorly installed standing seam roof. Quincy took his time inspecting, not only the standing seam roof and the necessary repairs, but went the extra mile to inspect my entire roof, facia and all exterior and interior parts of my roof. Above all Quincy is honest, professional and kind. He is knowledgable and when unsure he gets back with the accurate answer. The installation was quick but meticulously completed in a single day. My yard was cleaned up better than when they arrived. He and his crew made sure that I was happy and have continued to check in to make sure all needs were met. I am beyond pleased with my experience with Hargrove Roofing; especially Quincy Leblanc, Seth and Ethan. I highly recommend that you call Quincy if you have any roof concerns or needs, you will not regret it!

mong the words/phrases used to describe Hargrove's awesome business practices are upfront, honest, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, customer satisfaction -oriented, quick response time, clear communication, attention to detail, excellent service, great work ethic, stress-free experience, going above and beyond, pride in diagnosing a problem on the 1st attempt, reasonable/competitive pricing,etc. After calling Hargrove's for an estimate, Seth, the Lafayette branch President, called me back and scheduled an appointment for the following morning. Seth arrived at the scheduled time and brought with him Dustin, one of his Project Managers. Within about 20 minutes ,they diagnosed and repaired the problems. They took great care of me and relieved my extreme stress. I am extremely thankful , appreciative, and BLESSED!!! Call Seth or Dustin and they'll resolve your problems in the same professional,competent, and kind manner.
