I cannot say enough good things about Quincy Leblanc and the team at Hargrove Roofing. Quincy led me through the entire process of roof replacement via insurance claim and handled all communication with my insurance company and adjusters. The initial job was to repair a poorly installed standing seam roof. Quincy took his time inspecting, not only the standing seam roof and the necessary repairs, but went the extra mile to inspect my entire roof, facia and all exterior and interior parts of my roof. Above all Quincy is honest, professional and kind. He is knowledgable and when unsure he gets back with the accurate answer. The installation was quick but meticulously completed in a single day. My yard was cleaned up better than when they arrived. He and his crew made sure that I was happy and have continued to check in to make sure all needs were met. Seth Bourg is a super nice guy and did a small roof job for me. Just by my interactions with him, I would use this company again for their good customer service and professionalism.
