As someone who values customer service, I was thoroughly impressed. They answered almost every call promptly, and when they didn’t, they promptly returned my call within 10 minutes.One particularly memorable incident involved the county stopping construction and requiring an engineer to be sent out. While this should have taken a week or two, Eustis managed to complete the task in just a few days. I can’t express my gratitude enough to Handsome Mike for his assistance. Even at 10 p.m. one night, when I was out of town for work and my family was home, he was on my roof that very night. His help relieved a lot of stress for me.I can say you will receive great customer service, communication and great work.
What an amazing experience from start to finish in my roof replacement. PM Mr Handsome Mike don't ask was incredible explaining the step by step process of how the roof deployment will be. At the office Cheryl was amazing explaining how the material and cost will run for this project. Eustis hands down been great to work with and have as a vendor doing my roof work!
I have recently renewed my roof after a bit of damage from Hurricane Milton combined that my roof was roughly 22 years old. Doing research, I found videos on YouTube from Eustis Roofing. I was intrigued that they covered my area and gave them a call. Tony was a great guy to work with! He took photos and he shot a brief video on his iPad and showed me areas of the roof which needed focus. He was very personable and listened to my concerns as a first time homeowner. Once a date was set and the team arrived and they were extremely professional. Occasionally I walked around the house for curiosity. One of the concerns was a possibility of wood needing to be replaced. As I was walking around, one of the crew members waved to me as he happily said, “no new wood is needed!” The entire crew was very personable and answered every question I had. I very much get a sense of Eustis being family owned. Over 60 years in the business, they know what they’re doing! I would highly recommend them. This whole experience has been outstanding from The beginning. Miguel walked me through the process took his time to make sure I understood and knew what the complete roof would look like. Daniel the PM excellent he keep me informed of the process and answered all my many questions. The crew was in and out and left the property clean . I would Highly recommend!!!
We had a great experience, from the sales rep coming out to the actual installation. We thought it would be a long time before our install happened, but we were pleasantly surprised it happened the next week after the plans were approved. The installers were professional and courteous, and took great care in protecting my lawn ornaments and keeping everything cleaned up as they went along. They were fast and did an excellent job. We couldn't be happier with the results.
