I would definitely not recommend Priority Roofing of Lakeland, Fl to anyone seeking to have a lanai roof replacement. Their workmanship was definitely not professional and their customer interaction was less than desirable. I contracted with them to replace my lanai roof which caved in due to delayed stress from Hurricane Milton. They left a hole in a section due to the flashing being cut short. I believe a rodent got into my attic because of that, but they said no. I had drips everywhere when it rained. They never got those resolved. They were careless with materials so the covering on my furniture was damaged. It is now a year from the time they started, and they never got the problems cleared up. I tried working with their mediator, Mr. J and their General Manager, Mr. H, but they finally just blew me off. I am old, not in the best of health and exhausted from trying to get them to clear up what seemed to me to be due to less than skilled workmanship. I have finally paid someone else to correct all of the problems.

Right from the get go she enthusiastically went to work analyzing the defects in my roof and helping me with my insurance. She kept me informed throughout the process, and when my insurance approved the work that was needed, she worked vigorously to get the job done. Her hard working crew were friendly and cordial in the application of my new roof. I would highly recommend Priority Roofing. It was a pleasure to work with Ms. Anna!
