I had a leak that presented due to an issue with my flashing on the addition to my house. I called and left a message, within minutes I received a note from Mike advising he could make it out same day only a few hours later. I was thrilled and was happy to meet Mike right on time. Mike came and walked through the house to identify where the leak was, took a look in the attic to check, and ultimately went on the roof to diagnose the issue. Confirmed the problem, sealed it up temporarily and will be providing a permanent fix when the weather warms up. This was a great experience considering I called some other roofing contractors and never heard back. I also appreciate the courtesy extended to me and quick help provided by Mike - demonstrating great customer service.Thanks for coming on short notice and helping to fix our issue - I look forward to having you be our primary contact for any roofing needs. 5 stars!
Mike from Peak and Valley Roofing has been such a pleasure to work with. He helped seal our flat roof that had a leak last spring and has been able to fix some more difficult gutter, roof and external fan issues as well. We also had an ice build up issue that caused a small leak during this cold winter and Mike was out at our place just a could hours after we reached out to him. The team at Peak and Valley did an amazing job. I had no idea where to start when my roof was damaged. They helped me through out the entire process and made sure my roof came out perfectly. My entire house looks better with my new roof. In the past I've worked with a different roofer and it was high pressure and I felt like I had to make decisions I didn't want to keep the project moving. Peak and Valley did none of that and truly cared more about the quality of my roof above all else. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Dean and each of the work crews did an excellent job replacing our entire roof system. He worked closely with Allstate throughout the process to secure the maximum possible insurance reimbursement. We took the opportunity to upgrade the fascia, soffits, gutters, and leaf guards, while significantly improving roof and bathrooms ventilation. Dean and each of their subs made sure every issue that came up was resolved promptly with the highest quality workmanship.
