I recently had my roof replaced by Diligent Roofing, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the very beginning, the owner Freddy was hands-on and incredibly supportive throughout the entire insurance claim process. He didn’t just focus on the roof—he also went the extra mile to help request additional insurance funds for damage to my windows, siding, and gutters, which made a huge difference.

During the project, they also identified and solved an attic ventilation issue that had been causing problems. Their knowledge and attention to detail really stood out, and I appreciated that they took the time to explain the issue and the solution clearly. Since the work was done, the house has stayed much cooler and more comfortable.

I called Diligent Roofing after I had hail damage last year. Ben came out to inspect my roof to see if I qualified for an insurance claim and I did. So I reported a claim to my insurance. So when the insurance inspector came Ben came too to point out all the damage and make sure nothing was missed. Everything went so smooth. After I got the first insurance check we set a date to install and it took two days. The roofing team showed on time and was respectful of my property and did a great job cleaning up after the tear off of the old roof. They did an amazing job installing the new roof and reported everything to the insurance company so I don’t have to worry about anything. I am very pleased with my new roof and would recommend they to anyone. Diligent Roofing are professionals and company you can trust!

Ben, our project manager was great. He was very helpful with color and style and explained all the aspects of the job. The crew was on time and finished in a day. They were pleasant and knowledgeable. Ben checked on them multiple times as did the owner. They did a great job and my wife and I are very pleased with the whole process as well as the finished product. As a contractor myself, I am familiar with the process and was impressed with how smooth it all went. I would and have recommend Diligent Roofing to anyone needing or wanting a new roof.
