Terrible customer service! Wow!Called to ask a few questions, front desk “Margaret” I’ll call her, was very rude in her tone and not the friendliest when trying to ask questions. Won’t be calling you again because you seem to have been inconvenience just by answering the phone.
First off I’d give no stars if that was an option. Where do I even start. The women in the office are rude and are not very organized. Unfortunately I have them for my warranty on my roof as I bought it a few months after a new roof was put on by them. I recently had a new air conditioning unit mounted on the roof and needed them to patch around it. I emailed them a week in advance to facilitate a quick patch. Corey (what a joke of a person he is) came out on a Thursday 6/20 and said he’d have guys out on Monday 6/24. That didn’t happen. I emailed multiple times on when they’d be out and kept getting nowhere. Finally got it scheduled for 7/17 which they moved it up to 7/16 after I already took the 17th off. All of a sudden they had appointments they can move around. So disorganized in the office. Now let’s talk about the cost. When Corey came out he said it would be $800-900. I thought he’d have to some serious work around the unit to justify that cost. Then they send me to quote and it’s $1180. I feel like I have to use them since I have a warranty with them. After the work is done I go up and look at it and all they did was use about $100 in materials to lay over the top the ac unit to tie into existing roof. I called them this morning to give them a chance to justify their costs. Corey tells me he used $200 worth of material which is untrue but even if he did where is the the other $980. He said it was labor which I laughed in his face. He sent 3 guys to do a patch of no more than 75 sq ft. on a flat roof. Then he tells me they were here for 3 hours. They were here from 8:15 till 10:15. So he’s sending too many people for the job and charging hours that do not exist. I really hope the roofers are actually seeing this money but I really doubt it. Stay away from this company if you can. They are rude and charge way too much for what they do.
Amazing company. Elizabeth and Karen went above and beyond to help us get the roofing repairs needed to close escrow on our home. Fantastic company. I highly recommend using them for your roofing needs.

Recently replace my roof with AV roofing. The company was very professional. Their employees were very nice did an excellent job. Also works with a Solar Company to make sure that there's no leaks. Install took a few days to do and that was with complete teardown, permit, clean up and install of new roof. I am very happy with the roof. Will recommend this company to friends and family.
