My wife and I had our house roof replaced early March 2026. We received several quotes and decided to use 21st Century Roofers. Darryl completed a comprehensive site review, provided pictures of potentially challenging areas of our roof as well as provided several solutions. In the end we were provided a competitive price for good, better and best roofing options. The 21st Century Roofing team was amazing. They tarped our house and surrounding areas to protect it from roof debris. Every evening the entire job site was cleaned and a magnetic roller was used to insure no roofing nails were left on the ground. Job site safety was a priority. The job was finished on time and to the price quoted. The entire team was professional and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend 21st Century Roofers to any perspective clients needing a new roof and/or a repair.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to Darryl & the roofing repair team who came here on a drop of a dime! Lol, or due to a concerned phone call! Initially, our day started with Mike from MLP Heating. He was here to put in 2 new bathroom fans plus some. While in the attic, he noticed damage to the roof with water, making it thru our roof to our insulation. Turns out the 2 plumbing stack bases where shattered, leaving openings that needed attention ASAP! Thank goodness we needed new fans & were introduced to Mike! So, again, many thanks to " 21st Century Roofers Ltd" Crew who rushed, no speeding :) from South Surrey all the way to Mission! Every effort is greatly appreciated of them & Darryl's organization of the task!
