The entire process has been honestly better than we expected. Their team knows what they’re talking about. The sales gentleman, Ryan, was extremely transparent and helpful every step of the way. We had Lifetime Roofing replace our roof this winter and they did a fantastic job. They were always available to touch base with and did an amazing job at communicating the reasons certain work needed to be done. The fact that they had an option to do a loan through the Michigan Saves loan program for an energy efficient roof was the cherry on top.
