Joe, the sales rep was great. He was attentive to my needs & what I could afford. He walked me through the Precision's history, and gave me several different options I didn't know I had on repairing the roof. He also discussed several different payment options that worked for me.

I called Precision and the lady on the phone was great, scheduled Nick to come out a few days later and look at my roof. Nick got on the roof took pictures and let me know my roof was older. Nick gave me a few different options for getting the roof up to where it should be. I chose the 50 year warranty it cost a little more but worth it.

Great to experience with representative Joe. He was on time for his appointment. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. He walked us through step by step giving us options and pricing available. He made us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. He was friendly and helpful.

Shane N, Shane W, and John M did an awesome job. They kept us informed of there progress and were very courteous. Very professional. The salesman Joe V. was not as up front as to extent of job (misquoted us) and we had to call to get scheduled. We are very pleased with the quality of the workmanship and with the overall product. Great job overal.

This is a long story. I could give only a 4 but I think in the end I’m still leaving this as a 5, I will explain here because it’s taken me several months to spend the time to leave this review , I contacted Precision roofing from a simple google search and reading reviews in early June this year, Nick came out and was one of the most straight forward sales people I’ve ever met. Explained everything to us so well. It was busy season so it took some time and our job started in late July, besides a little lack of communication that I think they need to improve on they came and did work well. Their owner admitted to accidently not being able to get some of the product he needed as fast so it was a bit drawn out but in this day and age I think that’s understandable. The crew were some of the nicest guys you would ever meet and came and worked hard every day they were here.
As the project was going on it was pouring down rain and there was a complete freak accident. One of the guys had backed into my AC unit, it was damaged and would not be warrantied by Lennox. It took awhile but Corey and the owner did everything it took to make it right, and replaced my AC with a brand new Lennox just like we had except updated. They never argued with me about this needing done, my hvac guy sent them the info and why it wasn’t warrantied and they handled it. I don’t know many companies this ethical or who care about their customers enough to take care of things like this without dispute.
I appreciate the craftsmanship of the Provia metal roofing it is absolutely phenomenal.

If I had one complaint it’s that I had to cleanup some metal and nails in a few places.. that though is not uncommon in the roofing universe I know.
