I purchased a home that received nearly $30k worth of work from Mario Roofing in October/November. I was looking at the home while they were there, they left a sign for the company, and I received a receipt from the trust lawyer as evidence of their investment. The receipt said full inspection and address all the main issues with the roof. The inspector found an area that didn't look well patched so I called the lawyer and they had them come out and patch the corner.Only a couple weeks after moving in, the roof started leaking in that corner despite them coming out to redo it. I hired a roofer to come out and they found all this negligence. There's no way they actually inspected the whole roof. I would never hire this company. See the photos that my roofer took after a thorough inspection today. There's literally a part of my roof that doesn't have a roof on it.

A tornado came through and destroyed my soffit, gutters and some of my shingles. Mario and his crew came over and got everything fixed in a day. Upon fixing the damages, Mario was quick to provide photos with updates about how long until the job was finished. I felt safe. Hiring contractors is a bit of a gamble. But he made me feel like I wasn’t getting ripped off. Would definitely recommend them to people. ??????
