In early 2024, I began researching roofing solutions to address persistent water leaks in our building, which we acquired in 2021. My research highlighted the limitations of the existing EPDM rubber roofing system, including its vulnerability to high temperatures, susceptibility to water pooling, and limited energy efficiency. With these insights, I sought a more durable and efficient roofing material. I ultimately chose the PVC membrane roofing system for its long-term benefits and endorsement by energy providers like DTE and Consumers Energy.

A pivotal recommendation came from Silas Williams, a trusted church member and experienced roofing contractor, who introduced me to the Duro-Last roofing system. Following a thorough review process, including multiple bids and a detailed presentation by Duro-Last representatives, our board unanimously selected Superior Services RSH Inc. to execute this significant project.

Your approach throughout this process was characterized by honesty, professionalism, and an unwavering commitment to quality. Your dedication to building a strong working relationship was evident from the outset, and this dedication is reinforced by your immediate responsiveness to unforeseen challenges, such as addressing water leaks revealed during the ballast removal phase.

Your team, under the expert leadership of Cameron Brandenburg, consistently demonstrated professionalism and expertise. Cameron’s ability to swiftly address questions and resolve issues was instrumental in ensuring seamless project execution. His proactive communication and dedication to resolving potential challenges, including rooftop equipment-related ones, further underscored your company’s commitment to customer satisfaction.

A special acknowledgment is due to your Crew Chief, Francisco “Chico” Gabarrete, and his team. We have been extremely impressed with Superior Services during our recent install of a new flat roof on our retail building.
The communication from Jimmy regarding scheduling, material drop-off, installation process, inspection & completion was excellent. We always felt "in the know" and appreciate his professionalism and thoroughness. Roof installers were polite, friendly and genuinely proud of their work.
When we had a problem, they responded immediately and fixed the issue: Cameron arrived quickly, professionally communicated what he discovered, fixed it, stayed present and available until he was certain the issue was fixed, then left his card with instructions to "call at any time regarding any other issues" giving us great piece of mind.
When we called for a leak in a different area of our store, workers arrived promptly, took pictures of the problem, fixed the issue, snapped pictures of the repair and communicated professionally with our staff during their visit.
We will definitely be utilizing Superior Services for future roofing needs and will highly recommend them to others.
