This company was hired to fix hail damage on our roof and has been paid over $10,000 since March 2025. As of today, they have not done any work or visited the home. We are in the litigation process and the insurance investigator said we're the seventh family to make this claim. Additionally, they have Better Business Bureau logos and stuckers but the BBB says this company is not an affiliate. Would not recommend.
My wife has been calling for three weeks to confirm whether our roof is still under warranty. We noticed some damage in the ceiling; we believe it is due to a roof leak. The young lady answered the phone, saying that they would send someone to inspect our roof, and they did after two weeks, but the person was not able to tell anything about the warranty either. I called this morning, but there was no answer.
We hired SR Construction for a remodeling job for one of our restrooms. At first some issues came out and I was very unhappy. However; the owner himself took initiative and made a trip to my house. He saw my anguish and frustration and immediately remedied the situation and made it all to what we wanted. He gave his word and not once did he quit until we were completely satisfied. I have to hand to him, he is a man of his word and came through. I will definitely hire them again for a closet I want built and will definitely recommend SR construction to all my real estate clients who are looking build or remodel their home. After my closet I am going for the spray foam in my attic. Thank you Mr. Samuel Ramirez for a job well done!! ????????
My roof had serious hail damage, I contacted SR Construction and they helped me filed a claim to my insurance company. They were there every step of the way, making the process very smooth for us and helping us make sure the insurance company paid for our roof. I am so happy to say my insurance company paid for a completely new roof. SR is installing my new roof and I am very happy and pleased with their great service! I highly recommend them!
Very professional work. Work was always being supervised by a company man. Before workers left for the day, they made sure everything was picked up and cleaned. I highly recommend this roofing company. Very professional, punctual, reasonable price,, and attentive to any concerns or questions you might have while the work is being done.
