Awesome team! Everyone involved were easy to work with and they all had your best interest in mind.The attention to detail surpassed my expectations.I got my flat roof coated in white Silicone to waterproof it and reflect the suns rays. The problem with getting it coated was that I had solar panels. As they also do solar, I opted to remove the solar panels completely and have the roof coated. Both the solar panel removal, coating, and solar panel reinstallation went smoothly and was done in a timely manner, weather permitting. Would hire again. A+
3/27/2026 Today ARC Roofing is completing the Finishing Coat of Elastomeric Paint on my Spray Polyurethane Foam Roof and it looks great. Pictures are much better than words so look at these pictures of a great professional job that is well done. Jason has a great crew working for him. The power washed my roof and had it spotless before Roll Painting my Roof. Much better than spray application. I highly recommend Jason and ARC Roofing here in sunny Las Cruces.03/11/2026 the Elastomeric Coating on my (SPF) Spray Polyurethane Foam Roof is worn thin and needs repair. It has a 10 year warranty and it is only 5 years since the work was done. I called ARC Roofing and Jason the owner said he would put a complete Finish Coating on my Roof for Free. We now know the Elastomeric Coating only lasts 5 to 7 years in this climate.I highly recommend Jason and ARC Roofing. He is a dedicated great person that wants the very best for his clients.11/20/2020 ARC Roofing and Jason Morgan taught me about Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) Roofing and how it can last a lifetime with proper maintenance. I wanted a Roof that would last 50 years so I contracted ARC Roofing to do my Re-Roofing as I call it. 1 inch of Polyurethane Foam and 2 coats of Elastomeric Top Coat. Jason was hospitalized so the job was delayed for a month. Now I am a proud owner of a Roof that will not leak if hit by HAIL and will serve me well for many years. A Picture Is Worth A Thousand Words so here are 2 Pictures.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ARC ROOFING AND JASON MORGAN for anyone that wants a great roof and is ecological friendly since nothing goes into the landfill.
