What customers say
Commercial feedback praises the company's project work, including a standing-seam metal roof on a mini-storage project; one customer says they have used the company on commercial projects for over 20 years. Homeowner feedback also includes separate reports of a missed promised return after a leak investigation and a letter warning of a possible lien if Toll Brothers did not pay.

Best coofing company in Las Vegas!! We've been using them for all our commercial projects for over 20 years. Very prefessional and excellent service.

The Original Roofing Company did an amazing job on the standing seam metal roof on our Mini Storage @ Amigo & E. Levi Project. Minero General Contractor loved working with the TORC team and would highly recommend them for any commercial projects.

I couldn't be more pleased with The Original Roofing Company and Toni, their GM. Huge thanks to Toni and her team, they helped my friend get his leaky roof fixed quickly and efficiently. Toni's straightforward approach and expertise made the whole process smooth for my friend and his wife. If you're looking for reliable roofing professionals who get the job done right, I highly recommend The Original Roofing Company and Toni. Easily five stars.

Have a Toll Brothers home with 3 different roof leaks. Toll called this company to have them do the repair. I did not even know who did the repair until I had to go to the post office to pick up a Certified Letter informing me that if Toll doesn't pay them they have a right to put a Lien on my home. So many things wrong with this outside of the inconvenience. If it's their business practice to send threatening letters 2 weeks after doing the work, then I would advise people to steer clear. In 30 years of owning real estate, I have never seen a contractor operate this way. It's ridiculous

I called this company to investigate a leak and Mackenzie came out. He never got on the roof and came inside my home only to determine he didn’t have a ladder on him to access the attic. He said he would return later that day but never came back nor called. Waste of time for everyone involved. Definitely dodged a bullet on this one and should have read all the negative reviews prior to setting an appointment.
