Couvreur Lapointe

Excellent service, free estimate. My roof is 15 years old, and he told me it was in perfect condition, just needing to change the drain cover and remove some moss. I could do it myself, but I still asked him to come. I had the electrical pole on the roof replaced, and the electrician had also replaced the cover. Good price, good service, they even removed the leaves. Two employees, no messing around.

????? I am extremely satisfied with the work done by Couvreur Lapointe on the roof of my commercial building. Their team was professional, punctual, and delivered impeccable results. The work site was well-organized, clean, and completed on schedule. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable roofer for quality work. Thank you again to the entire Couvreur Lapointe team!

A huge thank you to the Couvreur Lapointe team for the exceptional work they did on my roof! From start to finish, the service was impeccable: unparalleled professionalism, clear communication, and remarkable attention to detail. The work was completed quickly and with spotless cleanliness. I am very satisfied with the final result, which far exceeded my expectations. A reliable and competent company that I recommend without hesitation. Well done and thank you again!

I had a wonderful experience working with Alain, who kept me informed every step of the way while my roof was being redone. He was kind, attentive, and always looking out for my best interests. Most importantly, they saved me a significant amount of money by offering the best possible price. I received quotes from five different contractors, and Couvreur Lapointe stood out as the most knowledgeable, experienced, and competitively priced. While my roofing job wasn’t the most complex, I did have two skylights that needed replacing, which Eric and his team handled with ease. Eric and his team were punctual, friendly, professional, and completed the job without any issues. If reliability, experience, knowledge, cost, and efficiency are what you’re looking for in a roofing company, you can’t go wrong with them. Thank you, Alain and Eric – great job, team!

I donot recommend them at all. This roofing company installed the new roof for us in June 2023. We purchased a Range hood in the kitchen for which we needed an opening in the roof. This company said that they will not provide warranty if we go with another company to install the exterior outlet for the exhaust. So we didn't had a choice and we had to get the job done by this company. They included in the quote that they will provide all the material that includes the exhaust pipe to be connected to the range hood. When we provided the measurement where we need the exact hole to be made but this their employee didnot follow and made a hole in the roof where he wanted and this hole is exactly 1.5 feet away from the place the range hood to be installed. When we asked he said we need to make another hole from inside and pull the duct flexible pipe where we need. This complicates the simple job where it was needed as verticular but now the hood duct has elbows. When we asked about the hood duct pipe materialif that was the recommended material that is allowed for the Kitchen Range hood the company says that they are not the experts. If they are not the experts then why are they are providing this service and why they are not allowing us to go with an expert company who can do this job? Now the job is not done properly. They are not responding and asking us to pay the amount for thevjob which is unfinished. We are not at all satisfied, and it is costing us additonal amount for the eange hood.
