Probably one of the most visually appealing shingles available on the market right now. Also the installation team (Miguel and Gustavo in my case) is really professional and does the work with high precision. Keep in mind that the installation usually takes about 5-7 days depending on the complexity of the roof which is kind of reassuring as they take their time to do the job right and they do not rush like most of the traditional companies. Yes, it’s at least double the price of traditional shingles but it has additional benefits (durability, creates additional isolation, double protection). If you’re hesitating about going ahead with this option simply ask yourself, If you’re ok with spending tens of thousands of dollars on a new car which will be obsolete in 10-15 years why not invest in your roof which, in my opinion, is the most important part of your house after the foundation. For the time being I’m very satisfied with the final result.
Had my roof done last year, wanted to wait to write the review to see how it holds up in the winter time.. I had a few problems, tried calling to get someone to come and look at it and no one picked up or just ignored my calls, so I waited till spring once the company reopens so I called 2-3 times leaving a voice-mail and still no answer.. then Francois finally called me back and I explained what happened and I was told " no problem, I'll send someone this week to look at it" . 2 weeks has past i tired messaging him and no response at all.. overall the experience I had in the beginning was good but once the roof was done, it feels like they want nothing to do with you.. I spent alot of money on this roof and was told it would fix all the problems and to me it feels like a lie. On a positive note they were very patient when it came to their payment as we had some issues with our bank.
