Incredible service! Had a emergency with a leaking roof. Called this company in early morning hours and spoke to Christopher who with no hesitation was able to help me. Not only is he professional, polite and efficient his service in keeping me up to date with a service repair call was exceptional. I would recommend them to everyone. Keep up the incredible work!

We needed two skylights replaced on our condos. I contacted Toitures LV—as they were recommended on the Velux website as experts for installing their products. We quickly arranged a date for the inspection and measurements so that we could get an accurate quote for the condo association. Christopher showed up on time and went on the roof to take photos and measure the two skylights, and at the same time he did a quick inspection of the roof. We spoke briefly before he left about what we could expect, and how the timeline for the ordering, removal and installation would happen. I’d say within a few hours of his visit we had a couple of very professional quotes in our hands to present to the condo association. Christopher followed up, answered all of our questions and concerns, and generally made himself completely accessible to make us comfortable with the process. We placed our order and were then contacted by Juan (the Project Manager) to choose a date for the installation that worked for both condo owners, the installation crew and the weather… it was a very quick, smooth process. The installation crew showed up, and within a few short hours we both had our new skylights and blinds installed. The whole experience was great. When you’re spending a significant amount of money, and someone will be working on a big hole in your roof, it has the potential to be pretty stressful. But I can tell you that Christopher, Juan and the installation crew made the whole experience easy. Two thumbs up guys!

From the very beginning, the salesman Christopher Denis was very thorough, helpful and attentive to my needs. He answers his phone on the spot and calls right back when he cannot. I am quite impressed. Then the team that did the work (with Mike leading) on my roof was pleasant, thorough and cleaned up immaculately. Hands down, this is a professional company to consider!
