Amazing that all of these reviews are so glowing. Had an estimate and was treated like it was a car sale--started with an astronomical price that was then given several (fake) discounts to make the price more attractive, then pressured me to make a decision on the spot without getting any other estimates. No thank you.
FGA Roofing was one of four companies I called for an estimate for our roof replacement. My contact was Joe Friedman, and from the beginning, he represented this company with clear explanations, facts, and numerous pictures taken of our roof to support the need for replacement. He presented options and had materials on hand for my review, and answered many questions with patience and good humor. My choice to select this company was largely based on the very positive initial contacts with Joe and his considerable knowledge of the product and company. The delivery of materials and work on the roof began on time and day agreed upon. Our plants, yard, and porches were treated with care and all areas were cleaned and canvassed for nails and other debris.Perhaps the most outstanding part of this experience was a repair on the siding after the roof was completed. My husband and I were unhappy with the appearance of the siding, and although it technically did not fall within FGA’s responsibility, Joe took pictures of the problem areas, and the company readily agreed to make the repairs. This added greatly to our already positive experience with FGA roofing. I totally recommend this company!!!
Chloe Maranda and her team at FGA Roofing are awesome. They installed a new roof on my new home in record time. It was a very warm day and the team never missed a beat. They were timely, friendly and performed excellent, professional work. When they finished the job, they ledt my yard and home clean and free of debris. I could hardly tell they had even been there working. I am very satified with the work that Chloe and her team did at my home. Thank you!
Thomas Solt was a total professional in the entire process of getting a great new roof on my house. I had worked with several roofing companies over the past year in an effort to get my insurance company to pay for a full roof replacement. Thomas was always helpful in getting the information to the insurance company as requested. Thomas was great at following up with the insurance company and with me and ultimately the result was that we were able to provide the insurance company with the photos and information they needed to approve my full roof replacement. As a salesman, Thomas provided all the information that we needed to make a very informed decision; based on the excellent product (CertainTeed [who was consistently ranked as the number 1 quality provider of architectural shingles]) and the credentials (Select ShingleMaster Roofing Contractor a certification by Certainteed). He even provided a certificate of liability insurance and a certificate of accreditation by the Better Business Bureau. Totally honest and forthright, and all promises made were kept. After having several contractors knocking at my door for months, I went with Joe from FGA Roofing. From beginning to end, the process was seamless. Joe was professional, personable, timely, and kept his word. Joe actually took time to listen to what I wanted. He combined that with his expertise, and he and his team were able to deliver a beautiful roof and gutters - I love my black gutters! I will be using them again and recommending them.
