Amazing service! My roof (well past its prime) was leaking 2 days before nonstop rain and a big ice storm rolled in. They were able to check out the roof and get me a quote within 3 hours of calling, beat 2 other competitors pricing, and install the brand new roof next day within 24 hours. Dustin was incredibly responsive and professional throughout, and the new roof looks fantastic and was finished all within a single day, allowing me piece of mind before these big storms. If you need a new roof quickly at an affordable price would definitely recommend them!

I cannot say enough fantastic things about this company, especially Connor! He’s very responsive, kind and professional! This is my first home and I was unaware of how to process a roof claim on insurance. He walked me through the entire process and explained every detail! It was such a smooth process. He was the only one, after doing the initial inspection, that stayed in touch and communicated. He even found 2 problem areas I didn’t know about. We had a few hiccups with insurance and not him but, he was very patient while that was being handled. Thank you Connor for your professionalism and answering all my ridiculous first time homeowner questions and making this the smoothest process possible! 10 out of 10! I will recommend yall to anyone I know looking for roof replacement!

If I could give zero stars, I would.
Over a six-month period, Good Shepherd came to my home at least eight times to try to fix recurring problems with the gutters they installed:

* Improperly installed drip edge (multiple times)
* Gutters not draining; leaking against fascia
* Gutters frequently overflowing
* Gutters visibly scratched and dented
* Gutters installed crooked; shingles not re-aligned correctly

They replaced the front gutter three times, and it's still not functioning properly. As I write this, it's raining … and water is gushing over the edge. That never happened with my old system. I’m now forced to hire a reputable installer to start over.

Despite repeated assurances, the manager never came to assess the work himself … only sent different crew members, none of whom resolved the issues. That kind of hands-off leadership speaks volumes.

I gave them every opportunity to make this right. They didn’t.

I'm leaving this review as a warning: This company cost me time, money, and months of stress. Choose wisely.
