Despite the huge disappointment when my insurance company refused to cover a new roof—claiming the damage was due to improper installation rather than the hurricane—we pressed on. With so many roofing companies vying for my business, none felt as trustworthy or as affordable as Legacy Family Roofing. Their pricing was refreshingly reasonable, which made the whole process much less stressful, especially since there was no insurance funds to help out. Mr. Chris and Mr. Mike were not only incredibly kind but also showed unwavering patience as we navigated the frustrating insurance rejection together. When the work was finished, I genuinely felt embraced as part of their family. They even repaired some rotten wood on the side of my home as part of the roofing project! Exceptional! This company and every interaction I had with the staff has been nothing short of wonderful. From the moment I had my initial appointment with Makayla to the final product, it has been a great experience to work with Legacy. Roof replacement is a huge financial obligation. And the nerves start to kick in. But Legacy clearly communicates what they deliver and fulfilled on the promise. Actually, they exceeded my expectations. My roof looks top tier. The crew even moved my patio furniture that I couldn't. They were quick with the work and the cleanup. They were punctual and never bothered me for anything. Mike was always available when I had questions or concerns and pleasant to collaborate with. Chris is so kind and thorough. He is the best. This is the first time I wanted to tip for home service. I found Legacy family roofing from a google search, in need of a repair for a leak. I contacted them and they were able to send someone the same day to give my husband and I an estimate. (They sent the picture and short bio of the tech that was scheduled to come, which made me feel safer about the visit!) The tech they sent, Chris C., was SO kind, patient and understanding. Chris was my first impression of Legacy roofing and immediately we knew we wanted to do business with them. He broke everything down to us so that we would understand the technical terms of roofing.Their customer service is top tier (which you rarely experience anymore). They truly take pride in their work and the information they give, they weren’t just trying to make a quick dollar. During installation, they provided us with another tech on site, Chris B., that explained everything during their process and after, showing us all of the pictures that were taken with his drone.Our roof looks great, we love it and honestly I’m glad we spent our money with a company that takes pride in not only how they do business, but also how they treat people! Chris Carson is great! Friendly, honest, great follow up even months later for additional projects. I called Legacy/Chris back because they won my trust. Chris was able to accommodate having the work done quickly. Him and his team did a great job. I also used them to rebuild the back stairs since they were already onsite with the roof.Legacy is one of few certified roofing companies in the state of Georgia. The prices are very competitive too. I highly recommend Legacy roofing. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, kept me up to date and were helpful with any questions.
