We had IWC roofing just replace our roof. They had the best price in the estimates and the guy doing the inspection was nice and good at communicating till we signed the contract. Once the crew got to our house they were working very quickly. I had quesitons but most of the workers did not speak english and I could not get ahold of the estimate guy because he was doing an inspection. As I was watching them do the roof, I had to have them fix the wood they had layed down in the corner because it was terribly aligned. Then my husband had to have them pick up their garbage in the attic, and then we had to have them come back to pipe the bathroom vent out the top of the roof, because the estimate guys did not tell his crew too like we asked. Then later we had to go fix that because the guy just asked for random tape to put it up with and then we found that in the attic they had not replaced supper damagedtwo -bys like they said they would and now its to late. And then they left the dump container in our driveway for 3 days and kept saying they were going to come pick it up (today, okay, first thing in the morning.) and then said okay today between 12 and 1. And they are still not here. Im not impressed. You have to make sure they do their job right because you can't trust them to do it the right way.
