After wasting time with a few other roofing companies that gave me bids and then went silent, I called Profile Roofing. Within 24 hours, they came out and gave me a bid, which was actually the best price of the three I received. It was also clear they were reliable. I scheduled the repair, and the work was completed on the day they said it would be. Two rain storms later, we’re bone dry!
I would give them a 6 out of 5 stars! The crew was professional, honest, kind and had my roof done in 2 days. They cleaned up all the mess that comes with getting a roof redone. When they were pulling off all of the old stuff they discovered a few issues. I was sent pictures of it along with messages on what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. My original roof was not up to code with the plywood not covering the framework. See pic. They brought it all up to code. It is now better than the old one by a hundred fold.They swapped out the old school vents with new ones. And it's so pretty now! I loved that they communicated with me throughout the process and we're just simply awesome!
