We had an excellent experience with Right Way Roofing. I chose them after watching them install new roofs on 2 of our neighbors’ homes. They were fast, professional and did amazing work. Both neighbors recommended them to me and loved their work.Alex gave me a detailed bid with full labor and material warranties. It wasn’t the cheapest I had but was very reasonable and fair for the quality level included. I elected to upgrade the shingles, add-on heat tape and do some outbuildings. He revised the bid, scheduled his team to come out within a few days and we got started.We had a few surprises—our roof needed several upgrades and repairs that weren’t apparent in the original inspection. We had unpredicted rainstorms that came through. And we had medical issues that meant we couldn’t be there for all of the work.They still got it done on schedule and within the budget. They responded to every text and call I made—quickly and professionally, even when I was freaked out by the rain. They fixed the issues and upgraded our roof without extra charges. They cleaned everything up perfectly and gave us before and after photos. WOW!These guys are honest, hardworking and they know their business.
