James and the Preferred Roofing team renewed my trust in supporting a local business. My prior roof repair experience was a nightmare. This group was amazing, James explained everything that was going to happen and worked with me every step of the way to make sure I was aware of what was going to happen and when it was going to happen. James went out of his way to make multiple trips onsite to address concerns or to show us what they had found. There was never any pressure for up-sales and final payment was not needed until after James walked us through a final overview and the insurance company provided their payment. Thank you for making a stressful experience less stressful and helping us to understand the process as we were going through it. I highly recommend James and the Preferred Roofing team.

* our cost out of pocket was higher than last time, but that was due to changes in how insurance decided to cover it. No fault of Preferred Roofing.

Mike Dale went above and beyond for us. He came out to my home multiple times to meet with different adjusters and fought hard to make sure we got a full roof replacement when the initial inspector only wanted to cover minor soft metals. Thanks to his persistence, we were able to get not only the full roof but also all gutters and more covered by insurance.

What really stood out was that Mike didn’t just try to upsell me, he gave honest guidance and even talked me out of spending extra on premium options that were more hype than real value. We worked together for weeks until the project was complete, and the installation crew was clean, respectful, and professional.

Mike also impressed me with his character. He took responsibility for a small issue that he assumed was his team’s mistake, even though it turned out to be unrelated. That level of accountability speaks volumes.

I’d recommend Mike Dale and Preferred Roofing and Seamless Guttering again and again. If you want someone who will fight for you, guide you honestly, and see the job through with integrity, Mike is your guy.
