There was never any pressure for up-sales and final payment was not needed until after James walked us through a final overview and the insurance company provided their payment. Mike Dale went above and beyond for us. He came out to my home multiple times to meet with different adjusters and fought hard to make sure we got a full roof replacement when the initial inspector only wanted to cover minor soft metals. Thanks to his persistence, we were able to get not only the full roof but also all gutters and more covered by insurance.What really stood out was that Mike didn’t just try to upsell me, he gave honest guidance and even talked me out of spending extra on premium options that were more hype than real value. We worked together for weeks until the project was complete, and the installation crew was clean, respectful, and professional.Mike also impressed me with his character. He took responsibility for a small issue that he assumed was his team’s mistake, even though it turned out to be unrelated.
