During the 2024-2025 winter we experienced an ice dam and water coming through our recessed light. The roofing company that I called was not truthful about the condition of our 8 year old roof and that we should have our insurance company pay 16 K for a new roof. Our insurance adjuster told us that our roof was in good condition then recommended Weather Guard if we ever had a concern. When a new issue occured, Todd came over, inspected our roof and sealed an exposed area around our vents. He reiterated that our roof was still in good shape. I appreciated Todd’s honestly answering our questions.
I rarely give 5 star ratings, but the WeatherGuard team blew me away. Made working with insurance and mortgage company simple and easy. Communicated timelines well. Completed the entire project in 1 day (crew stayed late to knock it out). Everyone on the crew was polite and professional. Pricing was very affordable and they didn't try to do a bunch of up charging. Extra attentive on the clean up. If getting a new roof can be a rewarding experience, their team made it so. Oh, and the house looks great!
