Casey Kalt from Bigfoot roofing was amazing. He was attentive without being pushy. He helped us get our roof replaced using insurance. He knew it was going to be hard for me to make the call because I have small children so he even came over to call the insurance company for me to start the claim. He made the process as painless as possible. He even went out of his way to personally offer support to our family when our baby was sick. Casey is a genuinely good person and Bigfoot is a genuinely good company. I highly recommend them both.Update: The first time it rained after installation the roof leaked. I contacted Casey and a few guys that didn’t speak English came, looked around and left. I never heard anything but the roof also didn’t leak again so I assumed they did something? Didn’t hear from Casey again until we got another insurance check and he wanted it. I asked about who was responsible for the water damage to my home and he said they would send someone out to look. No one came and I haven’t heard from them again. They were great when everything was easy but if you have any issues they will disappear.
With the high winds recently, we had a fascia panel on one of our peaks come loose, exposing the wood structure and compromising the soffit panels. I called Bigfoot Roofing & Gutters and explained the issue and our concern of further damage from the continuing winds and predicted rain. Jeff was very professional and quickly sent one of their techs (Freddy) out to take care of this issue. This company demonstrated excellent customer service, timely repairs and fair pricing. When it came time for me to look into replacing my roof, the decision to choose Bigfoot was an easy one having interacted with them on other projects. I was impressed with their honest, open communication and positive attitude.The team at Bigfoot did not disappoint led by Jeff. I was taken step-by-step through the replacement process of my roof. I even had some out of the box request for turban vents that were not readily available and had to be special ordered. All this was taken care of.The pictures say it all very happy with the end result I have about 3000 ft.² of roof area and it was completed in one day, only loved the attention to detail and the immaculate cleanup performed. I also noticed how careful they were not to scrape my gutters or sides of house when removing shingles from the roof.The roofing market is very competitive. Bigfoot Roofing & Gutters were amazing to work with! My mom's roof leaked after a bad rain storm. They came out immediately and put tarps up for us (a huge relief) and started her roof two days later. Everyone was so nice, and kept us updated throughout the whole process.
