Chad B. was very helpful getting the project started for our storm damaged roof. He worked diligently with our homeowners insurance/inspector and explained the entire process for us. He helped set the start date for the roof repair after our chimney restoration work was completed. The workers arrived on the date as promised at 7 am. They continued all day, working until after dark, a total of almost 14 hours. The crew worked to clear our yard of debris and nails, even using their cellphone lights to do a final sweep! Keith’s crew was fantastic!
American Roofing Company was wonderful to work with. Their sales rep Kenneth came out to give my daughter an estimate on her roof, and he was absolutely awesome. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly so we understood the process. It’s rare to find someone so easy to work with, and we really appreciated the time he took with us. Highly recommend!
I couldn’t be any more satisfied with ARC with the roof, quality, or the crew. I went from shingles to metal, and they knocked the whole thing out in a day. The crew spent time cleaning and you wouldn’t even know they were even there when they left. I would recommend them for all of your roofing needs. Andrew was the best to work with. It’s nice seeing someone care so much about what they do.
