Carlos from Rafa roofing came out one night, saw I needed a new roof. Carlos came back out a few nights later when it was raining with a ladder. Jumped up on the roof put some tarp down over the holes in my roof. He put 5 tarp down over holes that I had in the roof I asked him why he did that, and he said the Rafa roofing and him did not want to see me have any more damage to my house. I told him before I did not have insurance. Carlos saved my but. Then, he waited 6 to 7 months before I had enough money. It took me that long before i could even pay for a new roof and he was very patient with me? And he would check in once a month or so, just to see how I was doing. I highly recommend Rafa roofing and Carlos. What a great guy.
Angel from Rafa Roofing came out to look at my roof and worked up an estimate for me for new gutters and for new shingles. The new roof with the updated/upgraded shingles also saved me money on my homeowners insurance, so it was an easy decision to have it done.Angel was honest and easy to talk to. He listened to what I was wanting to have done, was able to answer my questions, and gave options to correct some concerns that I had on a few neglected areas.The guys who did the shingle tearoff and install were professional, polite, and knowledgeable. They were respectful of the property and cleaned things up really well.I now also have gutters where I didn't before, and have a roof that I am excited about.The price was reasonable and I will be looking forward to having a few more services done next year.
Junior and his team did a fantastic job on my new roof on 11-4-2025. Their quote was below others in Lincoln. They were able to get it done in one day and the details in cleanup ensured there were no nails for my dogs to step on. Highly recommend!!!!

I just had Rafa Roofing put in new gutters, fascia, and gutter guards at my house, and it turned out way better than I thought. Carlos, the sales guy, gave me a straightforward quote and handled all the setup with the install team without any hassle. The job looks awesome and has held up fine through some storms, no clogs from the guards at all. The crew was quick, polite, and cleaned up everything nicely. Big thanks to Carlos for making it easy. I'd definitely suggest Rafa Roofing. 5/5 stars!
