River Valley Roofing

We had an outstanding experience with Arkansas River Valley Roofing, and I can’t say enough good things from start to finish. A huge shoutout to Aaron Watkins, who was the representative we worked with throughout the process. Aaron’s professionalism was absolutely stellar—clear communication, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to making sure everything was done right. Because of his approach and follow-through, he will 100% be our go-to for any roofing needs in the future. The execution team was just as impressive. They worked together like a well-oiled machine—efficient, organized, and clearly experienced. Watching how seamlessly they coordinated and executed the job gave us total confidence that we were in great hands. From the initial consultation to the final result, the entire experience exceeded our expectations. If you’re looking for a roofing company that delivers top-tier professionalism, teamwork, and results, Arkansas River Valley Roofing is the one to call. Highly, highly recommend!

Arkansas River Valley did a fantastic job from start to finish on our house in Hot Springs Village. Aaron our client manager kept us informed every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure our every need was met. I would highly recommend them for any roof work and as a trusted company in this business which is rare.

Arkansa River Valley Roofing was exceptional to work with!! Their turnaround time was FAST! In less than two weeks from our first point of contact we had a new roof, including time off for a National holiday and a delay while we waited for the insurance appraisal. Brian met with our insurance agent himself and insured we had thorough coverage. The crew was fast, respectful, and did a beautiful job cleaning everything up! I will recommend them to anyone needing roof work done. I will definitely contact them again!

We are very pleased with our new roof from Arkansas River Valley Roofing! We were given a short timeframe to replace our roof after our insurance decided that it was too old. I did a quick Google search to find a good company to use. I noticed that Arkansas River Valley Roofing had a high number of 5 star reviews. I reached out to Arkansas River Valley Roofing and was contacted by Chase Lovell. Chase came out that afternoon to give us an estimate and cover the process and materials that would be used. After I made the down payment, Chase quickly scheduled us for that same week. The weather had other plans for us, but the team came out the next day to get started and had the entire project done in 2 days. I would highly recommend Arkansas River Valley Roofing and will consider reaching out if I need any of the many services that are offered by this company. I was impressed with the urgency to get the job done and the communication that was provided throughout the different stages of the project.
