I have been dealing with getting a new roof due to storm damage. I am lucky enough to have had a fine young man working so hard to help me. Jay Rodriguez is a very professional hard working man. He has handled every aspect of dealing with insurance company. Not easy. I have been dealing with congestive heart failure and not really had the strength to deal with all that it takes to deal with insurance. He has stepped in and handled everything. I would recommend him to everyone. You as a company should be extremely proud to have an employee such as him. He works hard for your company and for us - the customers. Thank you Jay. We recently had Ms. Brittany Wienke from Total Care stop by our home and offer to inspect our roof for possible hail damage. We agreed and she took several pictures to show us what she found. We agreed that the roof needed to be replaced and Brittany started the paperwork and the process. She walked us through the entire process and was very professional and answered all of our questions completely. She kept us informed as each step of the process went forward. The replacement of the roof was done quickly, as in one day, and the final product was more than we had envisioned, it was very eye appealing and we were more than pleased. The roofing crew cleaned up all the removed roofing and we didn't find even one roofing nail left in our yard. Mr. Jay Rodriguez of Total Care came by for the final inspection and he was so pleasant to work with, he had a caring spirit about himself and made us feel that we had made a great choice in choosing Total Care for our roofing needs. Ms. Brittany and Mr. Jay were the epitome of professionalism and great representatives of Total Care.
